Our condo is located on the
North Beach at the Savannah Beach
and Racquet Club.
The Breezy Pelican is a 1 bedroom condo that was completely renovated in 2011. There is a queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa so 4 can sleep comfortably. A pocket door has been installed in the hallway giving extra privacy between the bedroom and the kitchen/living areas.
New maple cabinets and granite countertops have been installed in the kitchen. We have tried to include everything you would expect in a well equipped kitchen: full size refrigerator, flat top electric stove, dishwasher, built in microwave, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, and toaster, plus all the dishes and utensils you would expect to find.
All new fixtures have been installed in the bath including a beautifully tiled shower surround. Floors throughout the condo have also been tiled. All linens are provided including beach towels. There are TV’s with DVD players in both the living room and bedroom. We have included a small collection of DVD’s, CD’s, games and paperbacks for your enjoyment. Beach chairs are also provided so be sure to spend some time on the sand watching the tides come in.
Pool noodles, buckets and other sand/beach toys are included for you to use. All you need to bring is your swimsuit, clothing and personal items. We have made every effort to include everything you will need for a wonderful, laid back, relaxing time. Whether you stay for a few days, a week, or a month, we know you will leave refreshed and renewed after a stay at the Breezy Pelican.
This year we have added two bicycles for rent - $25 for your stay. If you would like to use them just give me a call and I'll give you the combination.
